We usually translate one manual into a bunch of languages. We publish multiple language manuals from one publication by specifying 'Language combination' for each language. We don't create a publication for each language. Because it is difficult to maintain baseline for each language. In general, a baseline of a translated publication must be same as one for a source publication. If we forget to update the baseline for translated publication, we run into a trouble.

To avoid the above trouble, we expect a new capability to synchronize baseline with a source language publication regarding translated publications. By this enhancement, we'll be able to use a condition based on language and specify metadata for each publication.
