Proposed changes for Publication Manager > Content Tab (publication tree):
It would be really nice if writers could see problems directly within the publication tree itself. When a publishing job revealed broken x-refs, variables, conrefs, or conkeyrefs in a document, then it would be really nice if Publication Manager could display warning icons on the affected objects in the publication tree of the Content tab. Ideally, it would be great if the software would display the relevant error message when the writer hovers the mouse over one of these alert icons. (The idea here is that writers would benefit greatly if they didn’t need to touch logs at all and instead just got the information directly from the publication tree. Instead of addressing problems near release, they would be able to see and address them as the problems arise.)
