Downloading and creating multiple output objects at once in Publication (Web client).

Idea:
To be able to download and create multiple output objects at once in Publication (Web client).
Advantage:
Users can create multiple objects in different languages at once.
Also, if the Publication has multiple languages or output types, users can save time in trying to download multiple outputs.
Current situation: (SDL Tridion Docs - Content Manager 14.0)
Creating Outputs
When creating outputs, the user have to (1) click the New output,
(2) select Output format, (3) select Language combination, (4) enter Fallback languages.
Then repeat the action for all outputs and languages that the user needs.
Downloading Outputs
The user has to check the checkbox on the left side of the output, and then download the data.
Then repeat the action to download the data that is needed.
