Duplicate option for publications in the Web Interface

Add a Duplicate command for publications in the Web InfoShare.

This will be a time-saving option, especially with big publications.

We really expect this enhancement. In addition, we need an option to choose whether duplicating images not only maps and topics when duplicating a publication.

Did you know that we recently added functionality to Content Importer for generating new identifiers when importing content?
