The requested function became available in Tridion Docs v.14.0.0.

Dear Nakamura-san

Thank you for sharing your ideas.

As of the KC 2018 release, it will be possible for end-users to show/hide fields as they wish . Also change the order in which the fields appear. These updated settings will be stored locally and be picked up by the client tools.
