Enhancement that Creating language objects for translation function can be shutdown

For current TD system, content Manager methods for managing translation and creating language objects for translation depend on the Status of the source language objects, and the metadata fields:

Enable translation management
Requested Language
Inherited languages

Assuming Enable translation management is selected for the object, when an object is released, language objects are created automaticlly for the languages specified as Requested Languages.

But for some scenarios that customer want to shutdown or remove this functionality, so hope this functionality can be controlled via web client UI. 

(if un-check "Enable translation management' option for object, this function will be stopped but hope there could be a more convenience way to do it. like toggle button)

    Can you please provide more information on what the customer wants to control?

    - Is it about the creation of language objects in general?

    -- If that is the case why "Enable translation management' option set to false is not an option?

    - Is it about creating particular language objects, like only FR while BE and FR are configured?

    Maybe you can provide customer scenarios that will explain the problem that they are facing.
