Folder operation history

It happens that a TridionDocs beginner rename or move a folder accidentaly. In the case, there is no way to confirm who and when renamed or moved the folder. I need a function to track such folder operations.

From Tridion Docs User Group: we see great value in this because, even as administrators, we accidentally move folders without any alerting/confirmation/reporting from the system that would tell us things…

From Tridion Docs User Group: we see great value in this because, even as administrators, we accidentally move folders without any alerting/confirmation/reporting from the system that would tell us things are moved. Some even recommend not using drag/drop to prevent this error, even though it's most efficient way. A related idea/suggestion of restricting who has access to do this would be a great start to help us remedy: (+) Restrict who can move folders in the TDX repository (both Web client and Pub Manager) - Tridion Docs Ideas - Tridion Ideas - RWS Community
