I want to be able to make and select "language group" on "Translation Job Properties" screen.

I want to be able to make and select "language group" on "Translation Job Properties" screen.
"language group" is an user made group consisting of user chosen languages.
 
Reason: When making a translation job, I would like to prevent mistakes on "Translation Job Properties" screen.
 
Lets say you usually translate English to 6 languages but 1 of the 6 is optional. 
If the always translated 5 languages is put into a "language group", you can choose just the group when translating. 
Also there is a need to be able to choose a "language group" and a language from the list of 
languages on "Translation Job Properties" at the same time. 
If you can't, you won't be able to choose the 6th language.
