Log Downloads of Publications

Like many companies, we have extensive corporate IP represented in our publications. Our management would like a log of who downloads what, and when, that could help us manage our risks. We did file a ticket with RWS support to see if this data was already available somewhere, but it appears that it is not clearly logged at this time.

    I would like to understand a bit details.

    Do you have an interest in tracking downloads of Publication Outputs only?

    I am asking because there are other download options:

    - individual document objects (topics, libraries, illustrations)

    - Export feature - Publication report can be exported, for example
