Provide User tracking in Event Log

Proposed changes for Web Client > Event Log Tab:

It would be useful to track the logins and usage stats of CCMS users. In some companies, writers/contractors come and go frequently enough that admins are unable to keep up with the changes. Under those circumstances, it would be useful to be able to identify active users who have not logged in within a given period of time. This will allow admins to identify inactive users that might have left the company.

  • In our upcoming release (code name Kojak / 13.0.0), we are tracking when users last logged into the system. The information is kept in Settings > Users. You can also see which user accounts are deactivated and which users are locked out of the system (because they used the wrong password too many times). This information should provide administrators with the information they need in order to deactivate individual user accounts.
