This idea was developed at Tridion Docs 15 which is available for the upgrade now. "Expand Table" option is always available in the Draft and Review Spaces in this version

Review Space: Show the "Expand Table" also for Released topics

In our review flow, we set the topics to released and freeze the baseline before sending the content out for review. This way we have a baseline for comparison.

When the topic is released the table feature: "Expand Table" to show the table in a wider window is disabled. 

Please make this configurable so we can choose to enable this also for Released topics.
