The system should not truncate the baseline name for publications created using Publication Manager in Tridion Docs 12.

Currently, the baseline name is truncated for all new publications created using Publication Manager in Tridion Docs 12. When a user attempts to associate a different baseline with a publication using the publication Properties window, the Select Baseline pop-up window displays complete and truncated baseline names. If the user does not see the desired baseline’s full name, they must select a truncated baseline, and then verify whether it is the baseline they need. This is inefficient and error-prone.
