Within Event Viewer, differentiate status between jobs that are currently being processed and ones that are waiting to be picked up for processing

Currently all jobs show as busy regardless of whether they are being processed or waiting their turn to be processed.  Spilt the Busy status into Busy and Pending.  This would add a new button on the top of the page to show Pending jobs.  Additionally, when a batch server acquires the lease of a task, can a detail record be created indicating what server is going to process the task?
