Adjusting component template presentation of the component on a page

I see the same issue in 8.5 and 9.5, but lets focus on 9.5.

This list in our case, sometimes has many more components. I exactly end up counting them to be able to move them around if the order needs to be changed.

Same for adjusting the component template presentation. This example is quite nice, not too many components. But if I need to adjust the 10th Highlighted content that has the same component template, I also need to start counting.
