Allow customized Content Porter Client configuration on ClickOnce deployment endpoint.

Content Porter Client is installed as a ClickOnce deployment from the CME, installed by clicking the Content Porter button on the CME Tools ribbon. This deployment installs the Content Porter Client app with a default configuration, as defined by SDL R&D. Specifically for large CP package uploads, the default connection timeouts for the client need updating.

While this configuration can be updated on each individual workstation, it's something you need to remember to do each and every time. So rather, I'd like to update the client configuration on the ClickOnce deployment endpoint: %TRIDION_HOME%\ContentPorter\ImportExportService\Client\config

Editing these client config files on the server today invalidates the ClickOnce manifest. As a result, ClickOnce refuses to install the Content Porter client. It'd be great if I could configure all (new) client installs from a central location.
