Be able to export a CVS file for the Publish Queue

Have the ability to export a CSV file from the Publish Queue with extended details in the data.  This could feed into a reporting solution such as Microsoft Power BI or something similar.

Bonus, have it also available from a RESTFul API, and then we could point Power BI to it and generate dynamic reports on a regular basis.

Other features include single-click access, multi-item Redo, configurable columns and filters, and improved UI performance relative to the Classic UI.
