Having multiselection enabled in the group memberships list is a valid enhancement request. We'll consider it for upcoming releases (more votes from the different customers will add a score to this request).

Be able to remove a user from multiple groups at once

Currently, when editing a user within the CME, only one group can be selected when clicking the Remove button.  If I want to remove a user from 10+ groups, then this is a pain.

It would be good to be able to select multiple groups here and then click Remove.
