Create a ticker within the CME that displays the concurrent active users within the CME

For this scenario, if organizations or customers are transitioning to Exp Space and need to toggle between Classic UI and Exp Space, it would be beneficial to display the number of users in each UI. This will help determine adaptability within your user community.
