Idea is to have the ability to move (port) Experience Optimization promotions (rules) between environments. Currently, it is possible to copy/paste promotions form one CDEnvironment to another (from staging to live for example), but not from dev to qa for example. The porting should include promotion itself (the definition of it), plus all referenced items (like components, folders, or keywords), plus validation if something is not the same (missign trigger definition or something similar)
