We're considering ways to improve the visibility of the Publish To information for the main list view. What is the challenge with using the Where Used > Published to information for users? For example, is the option hard to get find or is it too many clicks?

have tooltip on published item such as page, component, categories etc.

is it possible to have tooltip on published item such as page, component, categories etc. if user hover on item for more than 2 or 3 second and tool tip would have some publishing information

User experience concern:-

Can we have tooltip on published item if user hover on item for more than 2 or 3 second it will show information of published item with publishing details of current publication such as published to staging or live or some other target.

Tooltip showing publishing information for a page item, with details of publication to staging on 21-03-2019 and live on 24-03-2019, alongside a list of pages with an 'Error 500' warning on one of them. or Tooltip displaying 'Published to: Staging, Live' for a page item, with a list of pages below including one with an 'Error 500' warning.

 

problem :- not sure it is feasible but sometime user may not want to go where used to find information about published item or new user may not find information about published item.

and when user see published to information on where used section, user gets confused because he sees information of all publication in this case user may like to see current publication information on top of list.
