We do have load balancer in our Cloud deployment solution that talks to the Entitlement system

Support proxying for Entitlements

Customers have sometimes raised concerns about their server/s communicating with our entitlements system in the Cloud.  Would it be possible to officially support proxying of the requests to our entitlements system?
