Update Tridion Support ticket to indicate that the request is about RWS (SDL) Cloud hosted services

RWS (SDL) support team does a great job fielding all manner of support issues and requests, but sometimes their answers require us to make changes to services that we do not have access to because they are hosted on SDL Cloud.
If we can make it clear that we are requesting support for "<name of Tridion product> on RWS Cloud" rather than the generic "<name of Tridion product>" we could avoid a few round trips.
