Warning if multiple schemas with the same name are created

Currently multiple schemas can be created with the same name can be created. It would be helpful if the CME showed a warning if this happens to help users not do this unintentionally. 

This can cause issues for users selecting the correct schema as well as cause some unintended graphQL results to be returned.
