If I add a local xref to a topic in XMetaL, there is a PI added e.g. <xref href="GUID-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx"><?xm-replace_text Ann Communication / Information?></xref>
This link text is then shown in Pub Man in HTML view for a topic…
