The yellow highlighted character is the issue --- which we have in several places. The font we are using is LeelawadeeUI-Bold and LeelawadeeUI-Regular.
The language is Khmer --- for Cambodian users.
We are using XPP 9.6.1 on a Linux box.

Debbie,
Can you give a little more detail?
Is the issue appearing in the xyview or only when you print or both?
When you print do you get any error messages?
How are you printing? distiller, ghostscript, direct PDF?
What is the unicode character that is missing (in the xyview put the cursor on the character and right click)
etc....
The issue is in both Xyview and when printed. A compose shows no error. No error when printing. We are printing using Direct PDF.
RWS says "XPP does not currently handle Spacing Mark characters as contained in the Khmer fonts (character that displays with the dotted o in the middle of it. It will take time to get to a resolution and the amount of time is unknown at this point".
Character code U+17C4 ោ
Thanks Debbie for the follow up.
Good to know that Khmer is not a supported language till RWS has figured out how to resolve this
