Language Weaver account administrators can benefit from the reporting feature available both in the Cloud and Edge versions. These reports offer detailed information on usage by users, language pairs, dates, etc., which can be very useful to get an overview of how the account is being used. Additionally, the reports can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet — something very convenient if you need to use this data in some other tool. In the Cloud version, go to Reports > Dashboard to get a summary of the account usage, or go to Reports > Custom Report to get a full breakdown of the requests processed in the account. In Edge, go to Manage > Reports to get a detailed report.
Likewise, if you need to connect some other reporting tool to Language Weaver, you can consider using the Language Weaver REST API to create equivalent reports as the ones you get directly from the translation portal. You can check the Cloud and Edge API documentation, where you will find an accurate explanation and multiple examples of how to use this feature.
Also, if you use Microsoft Power BI, you can connect to Language Weaver via the user interface to create the different tables needed for your reports. You can also make changes in the queries without the need to be an experienced developer. Get on with it with the help of the step-by-step guides that we have added our Wiki for both Cloud and Edge!
