If their need for machine translation exceeds the free character allowance, they can upgrade to a paid Language Weaver subscription. Would you please provide us with more information? Are you experiencing any translation issues?

Please disregard my previous response, I was mistakenly assuming that you were using the limited machine translation allowance included in Trados Studio. My apologies. I can see that you are using a full LW license and that you are nowhere near the character allowance limit. Please let me know how I can be of help.
