I can no longer reactivate my Language Weaver account for a machine translation subscription ever since I stopped the subscription a year ago when I had the "Starter Monthly" plan. I would like to see if Language Weaver offers a package that allows me to either refer to my termbases or add a glossary/dictionary with a bigger package than those 1 million monthly characters I had before.

if you are looking for a monthly subscription with more than 1 million monthly characters, you can go with the Team Monthly package that includes 5 million characters per month.
To see the Language Weaver monthly subscription options, please go to www.portal.languageweaver.com/login and click on Start Free Trial.

Thank you. Gabriella was able to start it up in "Team" mode from her end. The options are not available on my end. As a follow up, how do I get the accounts for the additional four users? Do I have to sign up for Trados Live Teams?
Hello Ryan,
to add other users to your Language Weaver account, go to Settings/Users, click on Create User, provide the required information, click the Active box and click Create User.
The user will receive a welcome email prompting them to set up their login password.
With the username and password, they will be able to access Language Weaver both via the portal (https://portal.languageweaver.com) and from their Trados account if they have one.
