Why does my 2019 Studio session hang when I fill in the Host address and API key on the ETS plugin v1.11? The system was frozen for a long time and aborted it using Task Manager. The Studio version: SDL Trados Studio 2019 - 15.0.1.36320 The SDL ETS version: ETSTranslationProvider2019.sdlplugin (v1.11).
Answer
There is a new version of the ETS Plug-in, Version 1.12 that should be used with Trados Studio 2019. This can be downloaded from the https://appstore.sdl.com website and installed.
