We are trying to set up SSO with SAML but receiving an error when signing in that says "Forbidden". Can you confirm with SAML token is being used? Is it email address?
We are using the latest version of MT Edge 8.4.

Hi Vinny,
When configuring SSO with SAML, you need to configure your Identity Provider to provide specific attributes as part of the authentication response. Signed assertions should contain the user name and the user email address which will be used to create the MT Edge user account.
What is your current Identity Provider?
We have documentation available to help with ADFS, MS Azure AD and Okta configuration that we can share on demand. We are planning to improve our official documentation by adding those specific instructions.
