Machine Translation Edge 8.5.2 comes with several new WebUI features that aim to assure consistency and uniformity within the User Interface of the RWS Machine Translation products.

1.   Switch Languages

Machine Translation Edge 8.5.2 supports switching languages from the WebUI by simply clicking the “Switch Language” button.

2.   Clear Text

Machine Translation Edge 8.5.2 enables users to clear text by hitting “clear Text” button within the WebUI.

3.   Using Dictionaries in Machine Translation Edge 8.5.2 Web UI

In order to assure consistency and uniformity within the User Interface of the RWS Machine Translation products, the way dictionaries are applied in Machine Translation Edge 8.5.2 has slightly changed.

 For Applying dictionaries, from the WebUI of Machine Translation Edge version 8.5.2, one will have to click on the “Open Settings” button.

Once the “Open Settings” button is hit, the settings menu will appear allowing, one to select & apply the desired dictionary.

Select the desired Dictionary & apply it.

The resulted target segment will change in accordance to the dictionary entry.
