We would like to provide you with notice that RWS and its subsidiaries have ceased sales and will cease support of the following Product as listed below.

Sales of Trados Business Manager will be discontinued as of the 31st of October 2023. Please speak to your account representative to determine whether another product offering may suit you.

Support for Trados Business Manager will be discontinued as of the 31st of October 2024.

End of Sale:

“End of Sale” means RWS will no longer allow the purchase of Trados Business Manager, or the purchase of a Service and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) related to Trados Business Manager, as either a standalone product or service, or as part of a package. Existing Trados Business Manager SMAs will be honoured but cannot be extended beyond the end of support date.

End of Support:

“End of Support” means RWS will no longer provide services to install or update Trados Business Manager. Where already installed, it will remain available, however the RWS support team will not assist in troubleshooting any found issues and will not correct any problems brought to their attention, nor will the development team develop this Product any further.
