TBM v5： Database was update or created with newer version of TBM, need update but the (new update available） NEVER show on right corner

Database was update or created with newer version of TBM, according to the solution suggested is to login the older version with Admin:User@TBM and in right corner the (update available) shall update the old version to the newest. BUT the (updated available) never shown. even after two days of opening and closing the software.

please help!!!!
