HI, i hope you can help me.
i am using TBM v5.
we have been using TBM since 2019 and we have built up quite a large DB, right now it's 1.2G.
my colleagues attached files internally, I tried to delete the files included in the DB from ( Manage attachment files) after deleting all attached files. the DB is still the same size.
i run the recreate assignments function and backup DB but still no change in DB size.
please advise, which shall I do to minimize the size of the DB. i am confident it has an impact on the software responses and crashes.
