Of course, deactivation and activation won't help. I just played with version you have, and quotes are created correctly. So, few suggestions what to check:

• Fuzzy schemes > Open fuzzy scheme and check that it contains fuzzy types and factors
• Fuzzy types > check that Match type is filled, max and min values for fuzzies are correct
• Options > Settings > Default fuzzy scheme not empty (also check default unit and default service type)
• Check that a project you're creating a quote from has correct generated analysis file (sure it has, but just in case).

If nothing of above helps, we'll continue to search But it must work.

When editing a quote I can add items and when indicating a fuzzy type the price is calculated correctly. But if I want to "add SDL Trados project(s)" nothing happens!!!

Since I get a lot of projects from translations agencies, this last function is very important for me. I bought this tool because I was interested in this function. If I have to copy all rows of the analysis, this would take too much time.

I then tried to come back to the free plug-in (until we find a solution), but I become an error message: 

This is not very important because I would like to use the Lite version (which I installed and activated again). However, it may help in identifying the issue.

I'm playing now with exactly same version as you have. And can't reproduce the issue. Mentioned functionality works, with many different projects (and different languages) that I have in Studio. Until reproduced, it's hard to predict what and why happens. Few questions to you:

1. It happens to all projects?
2. Did you follow configuration article from documentation?
   https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/sdl-baccs/w/wiki/5005/introduction-and-configuration
   Especially, take a note on Fuzzy types part.
3. Will it be possible to pack a folder with any problematic project and send to me (ekuchynski at sdl dot com)?

I'm using Trados 2019 SR2, and I have the exact same problem. Please find below a screenshot of my Projects page on Baccs Lite:

I have followed every tips and configuration mentioned in this post and everything was in order on my side.

So while SDL analysis is displayed correctly on each project, it is not taken into account in Baccs.

We are in a close contact with topic starter (Eliane Mau). I'm sending her test builds, trying to solve this issue, but still without success. If you wish to join, it will be great. If you agree remote session to your machine (via TeamViewer for example) to test this, it will be even greater.
