I create a project, I'm not ready to create an invoice, Business manager posts an alert in Studio, I close the notification and the next time I launch studio there is the same alert. Can I disable the notifications?

Yes, confirm this issue. It was already fixed in new version (5.2) which is released (or will be released) today/tomorrow. Please install it when it becomes available and problem will go away.
