Many clients send me Word docs, and the word count in Word often doesn't match the word count in Trados so our invoices don't necessarily match up when I sync projects. Is there any way to just use the sync as a baseline and then customize to my heart's content? I'd also like to be able to delete the projects from the Business Manager - so far, if I synced them then I'm stuck with them, as they are, until I remove them from Trados.
