Colour difference between Designer and Effective document

Hello, Manuella, 
 This is because of conditional formatting: 
 https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/business-manager/w/wiki/4962/formatting-rules 
 Default templates allow to select color accent which is selected in the application settings. And different elements in default templates has conditional rules applied to change a color depending on that setting. If you remove applied rules to those elements, they will stop changing their colors
