Am I right that you can use Tasks table to enter real quantity (which you need), and then Receivables table for invoicing per customer's flat/fixed amounts?

This way, you keep tracking of quantities using existing fields intended for this. What do you think?

thank you very much for your reply and for your hint.

I didn't know about the possible use of the Receivable table but according to the article you mention it is likely what I need to use. I will play with it for the following projects in order to see how it works.

Does the Translator Dashboard make a distinction between data reported in the "Job tasks" tables and data from "Receivables" tables?

Besides, in order to log both the source-word amount and the time spent for the projects I receive which are linked to flat-rate POs, I am wondering if it would be a good idea to:

- insert 2 lines in the "job tasks" table (one for the word amount and the other one for the number of hours spent) and

- report the flat rate in the Receivable table.

Would you recommend another way to do that?

Depends what you mean. Amount is displayed selectively (if receivables has some data, then amount is taken from there). Average quantity is always taken from Tasks.

Actually, no, as this is exactly that type of workflow which is this feature was made for So, you're fully right!

Could you please tell me if and how it is possible to get it?

In the "Dashboard (Translator)" I see a "Word stats" diagram which reports an overall amount of words, not the words amount per specialization field.
