Decided to answer you here, as there are some results. We have connected with Kathryn via TeamViewer, but we were not able to solve a problem. She provided me her database, and while experimenting with it locally, I have found that database is corrupted. Database viewer tool was able to show only part of data, and other part is lost, reporting about malformed data structures. I'm not sure what could happen with it, because SQLite database is very protected and safe to use. Unfortunately, I can't help here, except advising to recover some backup and continue using application. Definitely something external affected on this, because after about 7 months of application testing this is the first case I see when database was corrupted. Sorry to say that, but I really can't help to recover it.

If you wish, and if you don't have backup, you can try to use DB Browser for SQLite utility to try to recover something, but I doubt there are many chances to extract most of info.

Wasn't able to answer earlier. You have to delete database file from the resources/bin/database folder, and appsettings_global.json file from the resources/bin folder. Then launch the app and new database will be created.
