Hello,
Some of my clients have set up email addresses via "external" platforms, such as Outlook via Office 365.
I've tried to create a new email account in TBM (Desktop v5 version, although I believe the rational is the same in the v6 Essential one that I will soon upgrade to).
Because this is an external tool with multifactorial authentication via Universal ID, I can't figure out how to manage this. it is not a simple as ading the smtp and port.
Any clues or guidance would be very welcome!
