I have lost my sign-in credentials - User ID and password. Is there a way to bypass the sign-in screen to reset the password?
Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.

Yes, but it requires manual steps:
1. Download and run DB Browser for SQLite (https://sqlitebrowser.org/dl/)
2. Open application database there (by default, stored in app install folder\resources\bin\database)
3. Switch to the Data tab and select PermissionPolicyUser table.
4. Clear StoredPassword value for the Admin user and save changes.
5. Run TBM and login with blank password.
6. Go to Security > Users, and change your password again, as needed. Or leave it blank to login faster

I deleted password for User and saved changes
. But when I run TBM, I enter only Admin and the problem remains.

Are you sure that you applied changes when you deleted password in that utility? There is a special button to apply.
Yes, the screenshot I posted is after a reboot of the pc, just to be sure it saved changes. As you can see the storedpassword field is empty
Ann, I see on the screenshot that UserName column is cut Can you please confirm that you erased the password for the Admin user, and that you're enter exactly same name on the login screen? It definitely must work after clearing password this way!
Yes I did. This morning I had to invoice urgently, I uninstalled the program and re-run again. I logged with Admin and User@TBM and everything was there, apart a few jobs I had to re-enter. I thank you for your assistance, hope it helps someone else
Hi! I'm having the same problem! I used the sofware suggested by Euegene but it didn't work! Any other way to solve the problem? Or any other cloud invoing system to suggest in order not to incur in such problems next time?
