Two questions:

1. Which version you're using? If one of first versions (up to 6.0.10), then I recommend to update.

2. Do you get this error with default reports? Or, for example, if to delete most of elements (bound to data) and try to preview, will it work? If yes, cancel deletion (Ctrl-Z or just reload designer) and try to understand when error starts to occur (try to delete them one by one, starting with element which you think could lead to this).

First of all many thanks for your help.

I have the first version 6.0.0. However, I have not received any message to update it and where I can upload the newest version. Normally it is shown it the warnings, but it wasn't.

Please let me know where I can find the corresponding updates. Thank you so much. I will update my version then and let you know if there are any further problems.

Wow. Does it mean that when you click on the shortcut to start the app, nothing happens? No even splash screen, nothing?

It means that 

The App do not continue and open. 

Do you have large database (how many jobs approximately)? If so, try to wait about 5 mins (or even a bit more if you have about 5k jobs for example). Please let us know..

It does not work also after two hours or so.

So pity  Will it be ok if we organize remote session (TeamViewer or similar tool)?

p.s. An issue was with occupied default port used by TBM application. We will try to find a way how to show a warning when this happens.
