I tried to cchange the status from invoiced orderd to paid by clicking on Change status into paid. (Newest version of Business Manger). But it does not work. What can I do? Thanks in advance.Thanks in advance.

Hi Heike,
This question was already asked somewhere here. It is not possible to directly change status to Paid. Instead, a payment should be created over an invoice, and job will be marked as paid automatically. See here:
