I have just installed TBM, trial version, and I would like to import data from BaccS into TBM. Is it possible?
My TBM is version 6.

Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.

sorry for not providing any feedback yet on my original question.
I put that issue aside for a while and I am getting back to it.
I am trying to export all data into json format as per instructions reported at Upgrading from version 5 but I get this error message in BaacS:
Do you think it is still possible to export data in json format despite that error message?

Which exact version 5 you have? If it's lower than 5.3.44, can you please update and try again? Installer can be found here, if needed:
community.rws.com/.../download-links-for-older-versions
If you're using latest version and still getting this error, then asking you to send log file found in the application installation folder.

I have updated BaacS, managed to export all data in json format and tried to import them into TBM but I get this error message:
I have re-exported BaacS data in json format. That created file has the same size as the previous one and prompts the same error message when I try to import it in TBM.
Have you got any suggestion?

Probably need a log file. Can you please send? You can find it by clicking Bulb icon in the top right corner, and then Download log file.

I can't find the download feature you mentioned.
When clicking on Bulb icon I get this bug report interface:

Log file can be found in the application folder. But I strongly recomment to update TBM 6, as you have old version. Maybe after update import will even work.
I have been trying to update TBM 6 for a couple of days but I still get the following pop-up error message when I click on [update icon] > download:
Is there a problem perhaps with your server?
Edit: I will download TBM from my account as, in that webpage, I see its version number is "6.1.66" which is higher than the one I currently have.
Just an update: I have downloaded TBM from my RWS account, run 1 or 2 updates to TBM and imported successfully my JSON data file.
It worked like a charm.
I have not checked all data yet but it seems that import went well.
