Hello,
this is just to flag a potential bug in TBM version: 6.1.73.
After I create a quote and I set it as "rejected", its respective translation jobs are not deleted accordingly in "Translation job" tab.

Probably it could be automated, but definitely jobs should not be deleted automatically without any confirmation from user. We will mark it as feature request. Thank you for the suggestion!
