Really, can't believe it. Do you have TBM and SQL Server installed on the same machine? What's the size of your database? We made a lot of tests here, and even witth tens of thousands of jobs we get job list fast, because default page size is 10-20 records, so it usually takes less than 1 second to load. If it works slowly, I suppose the reason could be somewhere in network, but not in database.

So, when you take any further update and install it to the same folder where you have 6.1.44 now, you're getting an error? Can you please explain again what kind of error?

TBM and SQL Both in the same machine. the issue we are facing is not in speed of the application responses. it's actually the application won't retrieve the data and the page won't load.

sorry i don't know the current database size. please guide on how to check that. it was 2G when i moved from TBM V5 to TBM V6. network configuration is fine all pcs are on same router and network is high speed.

the Login page won't start at all.

thank you very much it really helped solve this issue. 

I'm not sure how to deal with this. Is it possible to connect to your server remotely and work there for about 10-15 mins? Otherwise, its impossible to suggest why it should not load or work slowly. In all cases with other users application always works fast, updates are installed correctly.

Preferable, to should be direct Remote desktop connection, not TeamViewer or other remote control tools.

Usually SQL Server creates database files at the following path: C:\Users\[USERNAME]. Right there, the file should have mdf extenstion.

thank you Eugene for your reply. i agree. remote control will be the fastest to pinpoint and fix the issue.

currently we use ( sunlogin) and (anydesk) for remote control sessions other application are ok for us to install. please advise what application and when can we do this session?

hi here attached is the applog.log file. as the application froze several times today. and we encountered the error page in red.

please have a look and advise.

P.S: when working on report design tool it keep delaying and application would freeze more often. 0488.applog.log

Indeed app log shows weird exceptions. I've never seen such. It's like request is sent to database, and no response, and then connection drops and because of this drop application connection crashes and throws an exception. But if applicaiton and database are on the same physical machine, it should not happen.

I don't know if I will be able to find out why it's happening, but we can try to connect. I'm on GMT+3 time zone. Can connect to you tomorrow. Will you be able to accept? We can use Anydesk. 

If yes, may ask you to install in advance SQL Server Management Studio? We'll use it to see how database works without TBM connceted to it.

currently the SQL installed is 2016 and currently at use as company is using the application. can we process the reinstall of advanced SQL server tomorrow as i am not familiar with SQL and afraid may cause issues 

No, I think there is no sense in updating sql from 2016 to 2019. There will be no difference. Main goal will be checking database and trying to at least find out what's happening. One of approaches I could ask you to use is to take database file, and use it on another machine. And if the same database file will be working well, we'll understand that the problem is on your machine (it could be system, databae engine which requires reinstallation, etc.). But if it will work slowly on another machine too, then the problem is in TBM (but I doubt it will be the case). So I will probably need your consent to pass us your database for testing. But we'll see, maybe it won't be necessary, too.
