TBM update cannot be downloaded

Hi,

 we cannot download the new TBM update,

we tried on few computers. After the download, which says "successful" there are no files downloaded.

 Trados Studio toolbar with icons for project settings, lightbulb, gear, speech bubble, and question mark.
