I try to migrate from the previous baccs to SDL Business Manager.
I now have 2 SDL accounts. One as ever and the other with my name plus _baccs
From the latter, I downloaded the software nad tried to install the software on my NAS drive (as I did with the old baccs). The following error message appears:
I then tried to contact support, but failed. I tried to log in through the second, new account, but have been refused entry because my email address is linked to my other account.
1. What can I do to make this work? (EITHER install software on NAS OR install software on two machines with data located on NAS)
2. How would I contact support?
