Error message says "Activation failed. Invalid product key. Make sure that the product key belongs to the intended product or product version".

Is this error due to the fact that it says "In Use 1"?
I doubt. If you have some value in Available field, then it should work.
Try to run lsinit.exe as admin from the app installation folder. Maybe will help.
And, after downloading setup from a link provided above be sure to uninstall existing version 5.2. In other words, confirm that installation went well
I did that. And it still is in demo mode. By the way, what is the difference between the demo mode and the activated one?
